At Housers, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• In its original condition with all tags attached.
• Returned in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

To request an exchange, please contact us at housers.pk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Size Exchanges

If you've ordered the wrong size, we'll gladly exchange it, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size is selected before placing an order. If your preferred size is unavailable, our team will assist you with the best available solution.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel by emailing housers.pk@gmail.com along with clear photographs.

If the issue is verified, Housers will cover all exchange shipping costs.

Return Shipping

For exchanges requested due to size or personal preference, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective item, Housers will cover all shipping charges.

Refunds

At this time, Housers does not offer refunds.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where an exchange cannot be fulfilled, at the sole discretion of Housers.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional campaigns are eligible for exchange only, subject to availability.

Refunds are not available on sale items.

Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
